Rise and Fall are just different phases or perspectives.
From the first of June, 2018, I started writing Good Morning messages in the form of poems (Please read: ‘Good Morning Message #1‘).

Good morning Friends,
Rise and Fall are just two different phases,
As much as we can think of High and Low;
Life would have many falls and many raises,
One doesn’t have to let one’s peace forego.
As our vision enlarges our perspectives change,
We’re amazed at the idiocy of our earlier stand;
Eg, we know ‘Up’ and ‘Down’ at closer range,
But in space, which side is ‘Up’ from the land?
Firstly, nothing in the universe is ever absolute,
Everything and every emotion is seen as relative;
Just like for ‘Up’ and ‘Down’ there is no dispute,
Similarly, none is there for ‘Positive’ and ‘Negative’.
Rise and Fall are just two varied ways to look,
One should neither rejoice nor feel let down;
Unless the aim is that by hook or by crook,
To be joyous in rise and on fall to have a frown.
I often give an example of the rain or water fall,
It looks beautiful and is almost always welcome;
It provides reason to rejoice for one and all,
Even in its fall it looks refreshing and awesome.
Whichever direction God decides for you today,
You too can be grateful and equally awesome;
God has given you a chance so that you may,
Fly like a seagull* and bloom like a blossom.
Rise and Fall are reversible.
